In search of the most beautiful expression of wines and strongly committed to the preservation of soil and the environment, Caroline Frey converted the entire Paul Jaboulet Aîné vineyard to organic farming in 2016. 
120 hectares of vines ranging from the Cornas appellations to Côte-Rôtie via Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage (cultivated entirely biodynamically), Saint-Joseph, Condrieu and Saint-Péray. 
Also committed to reducing our environmental impact, we are ISO 14 001 certified and meet, from the vineyard to shipping, precise environmental specifications. 
The vinification and aging, just as meticulous, reveal the greatest purity of our terroirs, without ever distorting it.
